Rules (Revise 03/01/2004):

1. Do not log into the FTP all day. Give other people to have access. Result will be a temporary 1 day ban. Repeat attempts will be a permanent ban.
2. No hammering or don't try to connect into the FTP every 1-10 second because you cannot connect due to someone already in the FTP. Either set your FTP client to connect every 10 minutes or you try to connect to the FTP every 10 minutes. Attempt connection 10 times or more in a minute result a temporary 1 day ban. Repeat attempts will be a permanent ban.
3. DO NOT try to make a second connection to the FTP. Lots of people do not config the FTP client correctly. Some FTP client has a default setting on where it makes one connection to "browse" through and when you wanted to download something, it makes a second connection to download the file. Config your FTP client to use the CURRENT connection to download the files you want. If not then when it makes a second connection, it will deny connection and download and it might lead to hammering. If it does, it follows rule 2.
4. For a logging username, you MUST provide some sort of information about you to log into the FTP. Please see more info in the "Logging Info" section below. False information, wrong information or not giving any information at all will result in a permanent ban!
5. PLEASE use a FTP client!!! DO NOT USE YOUR BROWSER TO LOG INTO THE FTP. If you do, it's a permanently ban! I suggest you use a FTP client called 'Bulletproof FTP Client' and download the guide here. I found this guide from somewhere and it should assist you on how to config the client.
6. If you got a temporary 1 day ban and try to "make a loophole" by changing your IP address and try logging in again. This result in a permanent ban!
7. NEW: If you got a permanent ban from one mirror, don't think you're off the hook to use the other mirror to download. If your banned from one FTP, you're banned from both!

Password: klonoa_ftp (case sensitive - enter exactly as it shown!)
Port: 1983
Upload Speed (the speed when you're downloading): 10kb/sec
Max User (how many people can log into the FTP): 1 user at a time!
Online Time: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, USA. You can try to log into the FTP on any other day and any other time. It might be open.

IP Address: klonoa402.no-ip.org
Username: [your AIM or AOL screen name, MSN/Hotmail e-mail, Yahoo! e-mail or your Internet Server Provider e-mail address] (see below for more information)
Password: klonoa_ftp2 (case sensitive - enter exactly as it shown!)
Port: 1983
Upload Speed (the speed when you're downloading): Average 20kb/sec with 1 user or 10kb/sec with 2 users
Max User (how many people can log into the FTP): 2 users.
Online Time: Most likely everyday at any time (Opens 24/7).
NOTE: Host is behind firewall/router. Please disable passive mode. Some users may have trouble connecting to host.

About the username:
In order to log into the FTP and without being banned from it, as it stated in rule 3, YOU MUST provide some sort of information about you to log into the FTP. All I need from you is either your AIM or AOL screen name, your MSN or Hotmail e-mail, Yahoo! e-mail or your Internet Server Provider e-mail address. Enter those information on your FTP client on where they ask for a username.

NOTE FOR AIM OR AOL USER: If your screen name has "SPACE" in between, when you enter your screen name for the username, do not put any space in it and add "_aol" or "_aim" at the end of the username.

For example for AOL: If your screen name is 'Space AOL Name,' enter in the username as 'spaceaolname_aol.'
For example for AIM: If your screen name is 'Space AIM Name,' enter in the username as 'spaceaimname_aim.'

If I were to enter my screen name for the username, it will be 'bigcn401_aim.'

For e-mail address, just enter as how you enter anybody or your own e-mail.
For example: yourname@msn.com; yourname@hotmail.com; yourname@yahoo.com; yourname@yourISP.com
